Before you think about starting a new job, remember you are not starting a new career. Your career is what we consider as the synthesis of your life. That means when you look at everything you do, all the jobs you have had and will experience, plus the rest of that stuff in your life, renders your CAREER.

We work with organizations and individuals in conducting critical and strategic mapping of CAREERS. Yes, organizations have CAREERS too! Our specialty is in working with units of large (private, public and non-profit) service operations and small to medium size groups, and associations. In addition, we act as a specialized “think tank” for organizations on HR, strategic planning and change initiative projects. We can provide background research and facilitate meetings.
